COVID-19 update

We have received notification from USA Rugby that all sanctioned events are cancelled due to the COVID-19 outbreak. This means there should be no rugby played in the USA until April 12th at earliest. No referee should be appointed to a match during this period.

This means that the society will not assign any referees to any events until notified by USAR that events may resume.

This also means that anyone officiating opens themselves up to legal liability for any injuries that occur, as no participants will be covered by PNRRS, PNRFU, or USAR. 

During this time the society encourages all their members to prioritize the health of themselves and their community. Please stay safe, but we should also strive to take care of each other as possible. Please feel free to reach out to pnrrschair@gmail.com with any questions, concerns, or problems.
